Cancellation Policy:
Not all Southwest Airlines fares are refundable.
When canceling a Southwest Airlines flight, the fare may be reusable but
non-refundable, while the Anytime and Business Select fare are fully refundable

a. The refund for the canceled Southwest Airlines flight will be issued to the
unused portion of the ticket. If you have used a portion of the ticket, you
will only receive a refund for the unused portion.
b. Refundable fares that do not carry any restrictions may be applied to
future travel or may be applied for refund of Southwest flight cancellation
flight reservation within 12 months from date of issue.
c. All refunds for original Southwest Airlines flights will be credited to the
original form of payment.
